Starting about 2 weeks ago, when I Multi Sync I get the message that there are no contacts on my phone. There are contacts on the phone. If I say to add them, I end up with duplicates.
Today for the first time it wanted to create 1,500+ calendar events on the phone. The phone already has all the calendar events that are in Outlook.
I am on Windows 11. MyPhoneExplorer client version 2.3. Phone is Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. I have the MyPhoneExplorer Outlook extension installed. Outlook is "Microsoft® Outlook® 2021 MSO (Version 2601 Build 16.0.19628.20214) 64-bit "
I have been using MyPhoneExplorer for more years than I can remember and this hasn't happened before. I haven't changed any settings on the phone nor the computer.

Not recognizing existing Outlook contacts and calendar
Fixed, but I don't understand how it worked. Thank you.
Contact-accounts to sync: Phone
Calendars to sync: My calendar
On my computer, when I click on Contacts, there are none. Which would explain why syncing says there are no contacts on the phone. That does not explain why that list is empty.
I clicked the Sync button and it loaded almost all contacts. Missed from A to J. I did MultiSync again and it wanted to delete contacts from Outlook, which I aborted. I clicked the Sync button again, and all contacts from Outlook were there. I did MultiSync again and got duplicates. I merged them on my phone, did MultiSync again and all was well.
On my computer, when I click on Calendar all my entries from Outlook are there. It has 1565 entries. On the phone they are also in the phone calendar. However, as noted, today when I synced it wanted to add 1565 entries.
On my computer, under Settings > Sync, for both Contacts and Calendar there are two relevant options:
Outlook and Outlook (new). I had "new" selected. When I changed to Outlook the calendar sync was correct.
