Scrolling with Synaptics TouchPad v6.2 generate error and close MyPhoneExplorer:
"Wygenerowany wyjątek to c0000005 pod adresem 733E5C8D (MSVBVM60!Zombie_QueryInterface)."
"Aplikacja powodująca błąd myphoneexplorer.exe, wersja 1.6.0.6, moduł powodujący błąd msvbvm60.dll, wersja 6.0.96.90, adres błędu 0x00035c8d."

Where did you want to scroll ? Which list ?

FJ: This happens anwhere on the software, if the scroll is activated on the touchpad, and your software has focus, it will "die"/crash

It doens't matter if it's on Options, Memory Status or the About Dialog Box, also doesn't matter if it's on the Contact list, Call list or SMS list,

It also happens in windows which contain no scrollable control ? Thats interesting. What about the daylist in the calendar - also crash ?

I think it has to do with wrong handled Windows-Messages. Do you know the tool SpyXX to register incoming Windows-Messages ? If you don't have it i will send it to you. It would be interesting which is the last Message before the crash. Do you have this problem also with other programs ?

1st than all, I really appologize if I made you feel like my problem is more important that others problem, I didn't meant that, I'm sorry!, I wanted to call your attention becuase I didn't know if you were going to read the threat (because this is fairly and old threat), I won't do it again!

2nd, I have installed Visual Studio 2005, but not SpyXX, you can sent it to me to the email registered on this forum (you're the admin) , and some little explanation on how to use it that software...

3rd, The Software works like a charm with Regular Mouses with Scroll Wheel, the problem is whit this Touchpad and an emulated scroll wheel on it...

Any Ideas???

I'm afraid it will be hard to find such a global error which cannot be reproduced on my PC. I thought a littlebit about your problem and i remember that the grids in MyphoneExplorer use mousehooking. Before we try to find the problem with SpyXX i think it would be better to try another source which uses the same grid-library. At this site you can download it (there is also a compiled example in it). If this crashes also then it must have to do something with the grids.

I think the problems comes from the VB6 runtime library, I don't know.. but Windows always Reference to the msvbvm60.dll...

If this also crashes then it must be the SGrid2.ocx which raises the error. The problem flashes back to the runtime but i don't think that there is a problem with the runtime.

I will see what i can do.

FJ: I now have Vista SP1 and MPE 1.6.6 on my Toshiba Laptop, connecting to K800i via Bluetooth.

When I try to use the Scroll from the Mousepad on my laptop, MPE Crashes (exactly as on XP SP2, exactly as described on the previous post of this Threat)
