Could not open COM5?

Okay...i found about MyPhoneExplorer today...and i have two mobile phones: K300i and K700i. MyPhoneExplorer works great with K300i, but whan i try to connect with K700i an error comes out: Could not open COM5!
What does thet mean, and how can I fix it? Please reply to me.

Did you install the drivers for K700i?

If so, goto File --> Settings --> Connection --> search Phone

If it is USB cable, then K700 will use the same drivers.

GingerGirl, you must create a new profile for second phone. In options just search for new device.
