Help with SIM Card Phonebook Again - Not understood

How can i backup my SIM card phonebook?I have read weinbi's info but i have not understood it.I have made a complete backup of files,but all i want is one single file with my SIM card contacts witch is possible for viewing,possibly in Firefox or something like that.

Just use the backupwizzard or use rightclick->Import/Export. You can view the backup-file also in Notepad.
