Lost "+" sign while synchronizing with Outlook

I guess I've encountered with something very simple (and stupid) but anyway please would You advice me?!

The matter is that while synchronizing mobile phones from phone to Outlook on my home PC MPE 1.7.0 lose a "+" sign before phone number. At the same time on my office PC everything works ok.

Any advices would be very appreciable!
