I am user of P990i and can not connect

I have downloaded and installer MyPhoneExplorer 1.7.1 and tried to connect P990i, over Blue Tooth, unfortunately the message appears "Phone could not be identified". Maybe this is very simple an stupid problem but I don't have enough knowledge to solve it on my own. Thanks for support, waiting your answer ASAP

Symbian phones are not officially supported over bluetooth which can be read on the download page.

But there is a trick that might work which is discussed in this thread:
