Restore a backup file without the phone

Hello, before all, sorry for my english, I'm spanish. I've lost my phone and my notebook. I have got a backup file (.mpb). I have installed the last version of MyPhoneExplorer and I want to open this file and then recover my contacts and sms but the program doesn't allowes me open this file If I don't connect a phone. Are there any way to open this file?

Go to contacts->rightclick->Import/Export->IMport the file
Go to SMS-Archive->rightclick->Import...
