how to export contacts

i want to export my contacts from myphoneexplorer to a file that can be imported to outlook 2007. I tried converting to excel file, but whenever I try to open that file, it tells me it can't open because it either does not exist or is corrupted. Please help me and tell me how to transfer my contacts from this software to outlooK!
