when i try to restore sms backup from sony W980 to K770 i received alwasy this message ((( messages could not be restored ... free slots 1000-atleast 1144 free slots are required )) why i dont know thanxx advanced for help
And your problem is so important to write it bold ?
You need more free space on the phone. if there is not enought space you can also import the backupfile into the SMS-Archive and from there you can upload the important messages (Archive->rightclick->Import...)
