Outlook Contact Sync

I have 587 contacts in Outlook, but when I sync (either both ways or force Outlook - Droid), I only get 555 contacts in my phone. I installed the beta client and that did not help.

Any ideas?

Maybe cause of the contact-telephone-number filter. Menbu-Settings-Sync-Advanced-Exceptions
