NEW firmware for k800 - Question

Franz, does the new firmware released for the k800 enableing something new in the API, like per-contact ringtone or per-ringtone volume?

I don't think so, SE never adds new interfaces on firmware-changes

I got/updated the latest firmware for my K800i my software version is CXC1250210 R1ED001 060831. I got this updation on 19.10.06. I feel camera is little improved specially on night shots.

Camera version has increased from v2.4 to v2.5 in R1ED001. I also think picture quality has improved, especially the annoying red/black background stripes seem to have vanished in night portraits.

Other changes include: video bug fixed (no green stripes anymore), new option in usb menu (print), two flash levels depending on distance, MMS mode reworked, standby can't be finished using the joystick, problems with DNS resolution fixed.
