outlook addin problem

hi alls,
i use the w7 x64, office 2010 x32.
I see the addin section office myphoneexpolorer (dll path is correct) inactive.
manage com-addins section list I check the myphoneexplorer then ok ok. see the addin section myphoneexplorer is active (active application add-ins).
but I close the outlook then reopen addin again inactive.
What can I do?

Run Outlook as Administrator

Im already in use "administrator" account and no other accounts.

OK, please start Outlook explicit with Admin-Access to enable the Addin. This is a known issue which can be fixed if you have enought rights to enable Addins
