Aerodynamite
G15 support
This software is awesome, I've been using it for quite some time now and it's truly great!
The only thing I'm missing (and I'm not surprised) is support for the Logitech G15 keyboard.
It has a built in LCD which is very usefull if you are gaming.
Thus my request is a little LCD app that would allow you to be able to read incoming messages, and reply to them through the LCD screen.
That way you don't have to Alt-Tab out of your game or pick up your phone and manually read the text.
If this would be possible it would absolutely Finish this great piece of software!
Thank you in advance!
I'm looking forward to a reply,
Aerodynamite.
PS. I now realise I haven't done a search if this has been asked already, so if it has, I'm sorry =).

Clickable column headers for Applications (with Android)
Clickable column headers for sorting Applications (with Android)?
Maybe this was missed, I saw no response, but anyway, could it be done?

Not sure if this has been posted but, on the wifi side of things, would it be possible to have the mpe client on the android phone start automatically *IF* a known wifi network was connected to? To clarify, I have my phone set to connect automatically to wifi networks, including the one I have in my house. So *if* I connected to this network (and this one only) then the mpe client would start. Obviously you would need to select the *auto connect* network but that's simple (for the user that is!).
I ask for two reasons. 1) It just makes syncing a little easier (selfish reason from me there!). 2) For a lot of users smartphones (and computers) are too complicated, they expect them to *just work* and don't like having to 'start phone clients' for example, as they don't understand what that means. If things happened more *automatically* then they are much happier (and you get more users!0.
Not sure it can be done though ....

Middle name
I would greatly appreciate if you add the middle name field from Outlook. I know this has been asked before and it will be a tough job for you, but in The Netherlands the middle name is a very important part of a person's name.
On the whole I am very happy with your app! I used it a while for my old phone Sony K850i, and after switching to Android (Samsung Galaxy i7500) I went for a year without being able to sync with Outlook. So I was very happy when I found out you added Android sync! I guess now MPE will get even more popular (also with customers from The Netherlands - did I already mention a lot of them have middle names?

Droid X Calendar and Contacts works great
Many thanks. I spent a couple evenings looking for an app before jumping and this seems to do the job nicely.
My Outlook incoming is working; however, I am unable to reply from my Droid...hopefully I will figure out some setting adjustments....

I have successfully sychronized notes from Outlook 2010 to my Android (NitroNotes) but it means using a seperate utility.
As much as I am thrilled to have such a painless Calendar/Contact sync with Outlook and my Android via MyPhone Explorer, I do hope that Notes sync will be added in the near future.
I believe others would be equally pleased.
Thank you.
(sorry for posting in the general thread as well but my German isn't anywhere near good enough to figure out how to delete it)
Great product!
This product ticks a lot of boxes for me - I'm very happy to have discovered it.
Just a couple of requests (apologies if these have already been requested - just add me to the list):
- Bluetooth support
- Sorting of applications - specifically by size
- An option to "Minize to tray" when "Close" is clicked instead of - or as well as - the "Minimize to tray" button
Thanks!

Already exists
Settings -> Advanced 1 -> Use X to minimize ...
Option to cancel a delete in PC side
I was reviewing my contacts and found some to delete. Later in the final revision I noticed some I don't want to delete. There is no chance to do this. Could be nice to have it.

Cool - I missed it.

incompatible contact fields
Some contact data is not synchronized, due to incompatible fields (see this thread: http://www.fjsoft.at/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11208 )
It would be interesting to have an overview (log file or whatever) that lists the contacts for which information appears in such fields (and thus would not appear on the phone).
A more complicated solution could be to allow for custom mapping, allowing the user to say which field in Outlook matches which field in Android; but I can imagine this is quite a big thing to do.
Thanks!

Will it work with Symbian ^3
Any chance of this s/w being made compatible with the new Symbian^3 OS found in the new Nokia phones?

personalized sms with contacts' names
When you send sms to multiple receivers (such as a big group), is it possible to personalize the sms message - that's, to include each receiver's name in the sms? For example, if I have John and Alice in my contacts. When I send a sms to both, I will compose the message like this: "Dear <username>, ....". The contact's name will replace the <username> when the message is sending out. Thanks.

Contacts with multiple phone Number
Please add the possibility to read/write multiple number of one specific category (e.gHome) from Android Contacts.
In the PC software it is only to see one number per category even if in Android Phone existing more number per category for the same contact.

phone number format
first, awesome amazing program that just blew my mind at how well it works and how no one else has anything close, I will definitely donate to such a worthy project
BUT...please please stop taking the formatting out of the phone numbers. I am a developer myself and know you are focused on core functionality, but isn't this a simple matter of bypassing whatever formatting routine you put the numbers through? perhaps a simple checkbox in the settings "do not change phone number format", and then your code would bypass the formatting.
thank you,
Patrick Freeman
