encrypted connection between phone and pc

hello,
i think this app are realy great but i found one big problem.
there are no encryption between phone and pc. if I have this application in my pc and my colleagues to, I can sync with their phones when they have the client active in the phone.
I've tried to do with other phone and is possible.
there are the possibility to ask for a code (like paring blutooth) when you add a phone for the first time?
in my case i have in the same wireless network more than 10 users with android phones and they want to use this app but only if they can assure that they are the only one to access to their phone information.

hello,
first of all let me thank you for quick response and for the solution.
now my connection are encrypted but i have a several errors when i try to sync.
if possible can you see the error log and suggest something to fix it?
i have one Optimus Boston (Portuguese version for the Gigabyte G-smart 1305) with android 2.1 and in the PC i have Windows 7 32Bit with outlook 2010 32bit.
I really need to sync ONLY with outlook and i dont want sync with gmail.
i cant sync with USB and blue-tooth, only with wireless.
with the release 1.0.8 without debug_update everything works fine but after i install the debug_update I cannot sync anymore my contacts and calendar.
only a few sms and call logs.

This problem has nothing to do with the desktop-software. Please update the beta-Client on phone

I have the beta client on the phone too.
I will waiting for the final release. until there i will be using the 1.8.0 version.
I will use only in my home and if the next final version will work fine i will use in my office too and my other colleagues too.
I loved this application.

hello FJ,
finally I got MyPhoneExplorer working :D
the error I had was the obex error, and when i deleted all my contacts from my outlook and then I imported from a backup it worked. finally I got the application working.
is now working on my wireless network (encrypted) and with bluetooth.
this application is awesome , I will donate again by paypal.
