Problem with Satio

i made backup from C902 and iwant to restore it on Satio ,
but there is problem , there is no connection with satio
when i click connect there is Error Massage
-- here is the massage--
Connection to phone could not be established :
Could not open COM21! (port can not be found)

so what can i do with this problem ??
i tried all the ways
PC Suit
Mass Storage
Media Transfer
Even Print !
so what ?

Your Satio was not detected from the PC, chose "PC Suite" and install the drivers if not already done. Then click in MyPhoneExplorer on "Search device"

I have this same problem. PC Suite is installed but I get the message ' connection to phone could not be established. Phonne could not be identified.

Thiis is on a new installation of the software on my netbook running Windows 7 Starter but also on my laptop running Windows Vista. It used to work on the laptop but now has stopped working.

Any advice greatly appreciated as I desperatey need to backup my messages again.
