All GoogleCalendar events moved back -2h

I don't know why, after I flashed my SEK850i and downloaded google calendar events (before flashing it was fine, synchronizing with myhponeexplorer like a dream) using synchronization...
Now ALL events are moved BACK 2 hours past.
Events that had "duration: whole day" now start a day before at 22:00 and last.. 24 hours.

What happend and how can I fix it?
Was it something with time zones, daylight savings or... what?

There is no such a thing in settings in K850i like Region.
There is only Timezone, daylight saving time ON/OFF, and auto time zone ON/OFF

There IS a region-setting. This setting came with K850i and all newer models. Check also the "More" button

You were right! I totally forgot about this option!!!
I had to change from GMT to GMT+2 (why? Poland where I live is in GMT+1) and now all entries in MyPhoneExplorer are back to normal timing.
But what should I do to update this correct times in Google Calendar?
Everything there is moved back -2h and synchronizing doesnt do any good - nothing changes.

"Force as edited" and synchronize once again with Google
