I uninstalled on my Experia X8, reinstalled and still the same. any ideas I would really like to use this as I also sync calenders etc with my wifes phone.

Had 2 MPE updates via Android market, yesterday fixed Notes today fixed Tasks. thanks for the quick fixes, keep up the good work. Did'nt need to take leshekb's suggestion, but thanks anyway for reply.

I am also experiencing the exact same problem as chris831.
MPE is not installed on the SD.
If I try to add a task or note directly on the phone, I get the error message.
If I add a note using the MPE interface, then try to sync with the phone, the notes are wiped from the MPE interface, and does not appear on the phone.
I also notice that notes and task are not listed as separate applications, so not sure if this is the intention.
I have a Samsung I5800 on Eclair.
