Getting data into Outlook

I downloaded the program, and it syncs fine between MyPhoneExplorer and my Droid-X, but how do I get the data to Outlook 2010? Obviously this is a noobie question, but even after searching I can't find it!

File > Settings > Sync > Contacts/Calendar > Advanced > [choose which way to sync]

Forgive the question - but I am confused as to the meaning of the arrows.

In the settings I can "Synch Both" or "Force Outlook -> Phone" or "Force Phone -> Outlook".

What does the arrow mean? I am looking to replace the phone data with Outlook data this time...

I can't decide it it means 'to match' (overwriting the first thing) or 'to overwrite' (overwriting the second thing)

Hi!

"Force Outlook -> Phone" will overwrite changes in your phone and set Outlook as "master"

"Force Phone -> Outlook" will overwrite changes in Outlook and set your phone as "master"
