Control Phone doesn't work

Hi,

For some reason, the Control Phone function does not work with my Samsung I9000 (stock XWJW5 firmware, Gingerbread 2.3.6). I'm connecting to the latest 1.8.2 MPE on Windows 7 via USB connection.

Restart phone and PC, if it still does not work then disable the firewall for a quick test

Thanks for replying.

I disabled the firewall and rebooted both phone and PC. Now the "Control Phone" option is able to read the current state of the phone but it seems the communication is one-way. I cannot click on buttons or menu options or type anything through the PC's interface. I can only save screenshots.

Any advice?

Install the current beta, try it again and if it does not work then post the logfile again after you did some clicks into the screenshot
