Same Sync Conflicts Each Time I Sync

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3, USB connection, Windows 7, MS Office 2010, version 1.8.4 of MPE.

MS Outlook is my master and I have the settings to always force Outlook to update my phone. Each time I sync there are a few notes and tasks that always require me to resolve a conflict even though nothing has changed on them. I have erased these on the phone and forced them to be new on the phone, but then the next time I sync they come up again.

Any thoughts?

-> a new button will appear in the sync confirmation window, click on "Compare"
