is there a way not to show the "searching for phone... connecting..." window, and instead some tray balloon or something?

same for "sending message...."

MyPhoneExplorer runs is a Single-Thread-Application (cause of technical limitations). Cause of this the main window has to be blocked on some operations. A blocked window with a tray balloon is not really funny for the user so the popupwindow is the right compromise here.
