I apologize. I'm usually much better at remembering passwords.
I'm using a Casio G'zOne Commando and Windows Vista on my laptop. The sync worked great the first time (many weeks ago). Then I forgot my password.
Can you help?

Hi I am a newcomer to this. I used this software to save my phone messages contacts etc so I could update me phones own software and now I can't access my information because I can't remember my password.
