Begun, the great intenret education has.

I don't know if this is the case about my model only (SE K750) or all SE models are synchronized in the same way as mine. In my K750 phone, I get "title" line in the Contact properties (edit contact) at tab about Company and Job related to particular contact. By all means it seems the same function as "job title" line in Outlook. Hence, this is quiet important contact information, at least for me. But synchronization is not related to this line! It is related to "Title" in Outlook where should be something like "Mr.", "Ms.", "Dr.".... and I don't know what (I guess NO ONE is using this feature for contacts!). I'm sure that phone itself (K750) has "Title" line as for the same function as "Job title" in Outlook. But MPE's dialog box (where you edit all personal contact data in MPE) is assuming "title" line from the phone should be exactly for "Mr," or "Mrs" , because it is positioned in front of the name. I think it is wrong. I think it should be as it is in the phone! Meaning -JOB POSITION- of the contact (related to job title from the outlook).

If you agree with my statement, is there a way to change this oversight?

When I take a backup of messages, it does not show sent timestamp. Is there any way that we can get that info using MyPhoneExplorer. Also can we upload these messages back to the mobile.

Even if there is some paid version which does this, please let me know.

This is pretty old issue, discussed already at this forum. If you are using common SE phone, there is NO WAY to do it. Unfortunately, you have to edit time stamp manually for each sent message, unless you are sending message from MPE.
But Androids can make it...

Thanks for the reply.However problem is my phone keypad is not working. So I m not able to check sent time stamp details. If I give phone to service center, they will format it and complete information is gone.
I really need sent timestamp details, do we have ANY way to do that?

This should not be a problem. You can use virtual keypad provided my MPE.
Use Shift+F6 to enable it. Hope it will work for you.

Sometimes it's convenient to store a login key sequence after the phone number in the address book, and in that case, it's usually necessary to add a space or pause so that the answering machine in the other end of the line has time to answer before the key sequence is sent from the phone. In my previous phone, this pause was added by adding a "p" (press and hold *) between the phone number and the keycode. On my new Android phone, it's a comma sign (,) instead. Unfortunately, MPE removes comma signs from phone numbers.

I think I will speak from quite big part of Russian-speaker-business-android-users! I have more than 1700 contacts in my book. And it is very important (in our territory) to have a second name field to synchronize to! Because it is just impolite to not know and not use it in official cases. So, me personally, and I am sure, a lot of other business people can not use this cool tool ...

If I understand correctly there is no big troubles to allow another text field to be sync?! At least, it can be possible to choose it to sync maybe?

We have perfect Russian translation, super working app (the only one I know really works), and it is cool for mama, brother&friends contacts but we can not use it for business contacts...:GG

Me personally ready to pay for such good soft, but I miss couple fields which I use in Outlook...

Dear FJ tell me please if it is real to wait for such changes or it will be waisting of time because of some reasons?

@Crazy850: The field middlename is already synced with Outlook in the current version 1.8.1 (even if its not visible in the UI of MyPhoneExplorer). Ensure that you are using the current client 1.0.10 and PC-Part 1.8.1. The next version will also sync near all phonenumber-fields with Outlook.

On the phone this field is labeled with "Title" and NOT with "Job Title" so it gets synced with the Title field

I understand. But it is under the "business" tab, so I can not assume there should be "Mr." or "Ms." just before the company name and other business/job details.

Dear FJ, I have tested the problem after your answer, and there is result:
No contacts in Outlook, MyPhoneEx, Galaxy S. I create 1 Russian contact with middlename in phone. In PhoneEx = file\settings\synk\Outlook2010
1) It works good, ask if i wish to create new cont in Outllook, and created. I open Outlook an find normal cont with correct middle name.
2) I change middle name in outloook (still russian lenguage), synk, it ask again if i with to use outlook variant, yes, done. = I open phone contacts and see ???????????? instead of middle name.
3) Change middle name in Phone again, synk = again all good in Outlook
4) Change field "name" (not "mid name") in Outlook, synk, = ???????? instead "middle name" again.

Thus, it seams to me it works good in phone-MyPhoneEx-Outlook direction. But any changes in Outlook caused ?????? instead of middle name in Outlook-MyPhoneEx-Phone direction.

5) I tried the same with English contact = works good in both directions!

I am using the current client 1.0.10 and PC-Part 1.8.1. (doubleckeched)
But still loosing the middle name

Agenda seems to be working OK !!
(so-far, but I am newly testing thus only Sofar..)

This is a great product; clean and simple to use. When you find a way to link into outlook tasks and notes it will be 100%. I currently use MPE for my contacts and Calendar but have to use CompanionLink/DejaOffice to bring across the tasks and put them on a widget on the home page. I have used the CompanionLink/DejaOffice process over a year and have never been able to get consitant results. I hope you will be able to find the time to continue to develope this product.

it would be great to make phone calls through the computer with the telephone

As everyone else has said - MPE is great already.
It can almost take the place of my PIM (thunderbird)
I agree about a few more options for views (such as week view already mentioned)

Anyway, I noticed that I could create a repeating event in Lightening that was for the second thursday in every month - when I sync it comes into MPE almost no problems (actually missed the first one - but no big deal)
My question though, is if there's a way to make these kind of repeating events in MPE - and if not could it be implemented?

p.s. I am loving being able to text from my laptop via MPE awesome!
