I finally managed to get MpePWRestore.exe on my PC. But I can't get anything else than an error. I don't understand the format of the string that shoud be input. I tried this:
wiko [cink five] [8605xxxxxxxxxx]
But it doesn't work.
Could you state more explicitly how to input phone øodel and IMEI please ?

I forgot my password. Please provide me instruction how to reset it or clear it. I am using 1.8.4.

File > User ... > user/device name
It prompts me to verify my password.

Is there an option to delete a user and then recreate it?

I see if the user/device name has NO password. There is option to delete an user.
File > User ... > user/device nameX >Delete User (if user/device nameX does not have password)

I am answering my own post. I found out I have set a PIN on Wifi access of myphoneexplorer client app on my android phone.
Then I used the PIN shown on my phone for the "verify password prompt" of the myphoneexplorer client application on PC when I tried to File > Connect.

If you have instruction to reset the password or delete user (when the user has password lock), please still send me the instruction.

Hi hkch,

if you remember your password, you can overwrite it with a new one.
If you want to delete the password, empty the fields instead of changing them.

If you don't remember your password, follow instructions to reset it as you can read in the PM I sent you.
