Hi, I made firware upgrade yeasterday - so I made backup of contacts and calendar by MPE. Today, after data restore I realize that all data are back, but all contacts pictures are gone  and still can't find them...
So... did MPE backup contact photos or not? |

Update: Just find out that MPE shows contact photos at Contacts-Phone page, but they are not synchronized to phone itself... |

If they are shown in MyPhoneExplorer after Backup restore then they are also stored in phone. Maybe the problem gets fixed by restarting the phone |

contact photo sync. between my phone and MPE is perfect.
photos for new contact and edit contact are synced both way. no problems.
contact photos for new contacts from outlook to MPE and MPE to outlook also synced perfect.
BUT the problem is, photos added or changed for existing contacts are not synced from outlook to MPE and also from MPE to outlook.
Please guide me. Thanks.

Yes, this is OK. You need also another diffrence in contacts, MyPhoneExplorer does not check the pictures. |

I hope the next update of MPE will check the pictures of the contacts as well. |

No, its near impossible to compare pictures of diffrent sources cause they have often other dimensions. |

Thanx for answer. Restarted many times, but no effect.
One more update to the state: not all photos weren't updated - some did, and showing in phone, but I'm not able to find any pattern in this.
The only way I've found to solve this is to save sontact photo in MPE and then change it to the same from saved file - this change force contact photo to update in phone too.
Unfortunatelly, there are about 150 contacts in my phone, so this is a very slow way.
