Application problem

Sorry its not connected with MPE. I am using K800i - when I try to open application it shows the message the "Operation failed" same message when I try to open games folder what to do? pls help. thanks in advance for your helps. I done the master reset and the phone was fresh as I purchased but the problem not resolved.
