FJ Software

I am running win 7 and android froyo. I had no issues until the new version came out. Now I cannot get it to complete a sync with my contacts. I thought maybe it was the Wifi, so I tried USB, I cannot get it to see my phone with or wothout USB debugging.

Please help this is the only program I have ever found that will sync my contacts correctly and now it stopped working for me!

Maybe a firewall issue or KIES disturbs the connection in background. Also restart your phone

i have the same problem! im using a custom rom with ICS. MPE used to work without problems earlier but after the update my contacts have not been able to sync. Apparently the MPE on the phone crashes and restarts. I have been able to sync the rest, but no matter how many times i restart my pc, phone and the software i have not been able to sync the contacts. Its been a really long time since the last sync... im still trying to make it work somehow... currently i have only tried WiFi, for some unknown reason USB sync does not work (don really care though)

How i should check issues with custom ROMS ? Should i install all ROMS on my phone cause the developer of the custom ROM have issued bugs ?

You can post the logcat after the crash and i'll take a look at it. Thats all, there are no crashes of the app on any original ROMs so i am near sure it has to do with your custom environment.
