Synchronize with two different agenda's

There are two agenda's on Android: A (Private) en B (Work):
There are two agenda's in Outlook: C (Private) en D (Work):

To me it seems that you can only synchronize with one outlook agenda for A en B. But is possible two use two outlook agenda's in order to to synchronize between A & C en B & D ?
