In the Files/Application view of MPE a delete option is available, will this option completely un install the application? I ask this question because I have apps like Spotify, Timescape, that I do not use, but are constantly running, because they are pre installed on xperia x8, I cannot uninstall them. I have tried to search forum with no answers.

Delete/Un Install an Application (not MPE)
It does the same as you would uninstall them from phone GUI. If you want uninstall preinstalled apps then you have to root your phone
