Debug-Interface-Drivers (ABD-Drivers), Can't Connect.

I'm trying to install MyPhoneExplorer in a Samsung Galaxy 2 Fascinate (SCH-i500).
The only thing I can't seem to do is find the Debug-Interface-Drivers (ABD-Drivers). Where can I find them, or check them?
With my phone plugged in to USB, and both apps running, and USB debugging Connected in my phone, I'm getting a "Connection to phone could not be established: No device attached to USB." message from the PC app.
Is this the ABD issue?
How can I get/install the ABD Drivers?

Just install Samsung KIES, the drivers are included there

Ok I have installed Samsung Kies, and it installed its drivers twice, including once under Troubleshooting. Kies doesn't Connect either. This is ludicrous, does Samsung not realize that these problems exist. This should be like plug-n-play plugging a USB drive into a Mac or PC.
Same error displaying.
I have not found any instructions on setting up the phone side USB, mass Storage, etc. Should they all be off? What should the USB setting be?
Should I have uninstalled any previous Samsung USB drivers first?

It works on Samsung also when Mass storage is enabled but in this mode MPE will not be able to access your files.
Check your devicemanager for missing drivers. the ADB-Drivers are listed as "Samsung Android ADB Interface"

There is no Samsung Android ADB Interface listed in the Device Manager. There is though a 'Samsung SCH-I500 Card USB Device' item listed now under Disk Drives in the Device Manager.
However, after all of this, when I plug in my handset the USB mass storage feature is operating as it should, with a MOT (F:) drive shown in My Computer. I can now browse into my phones folders to manage files -- this would not function previously.
I still need the ability to update/sync Contacts however.

In this case the ADB-Drivers were not installed. And you are sure that "USB-Debugging" is still enabled in phone ? Are there any missing drivers shown in devicemanager ?
SUCCESS!!!

Ok, with the USB Debugging back On. Device manager displays Modems, 'Samsung Android USB Modem'. No Driver warning displayed. Driver details are: Driver Provider:Samsung Electronics Co, Ltd. Date: 5/13/2011, Vers: 5.28.2.1.
MyPhoneExplorer is UP & Operating!
Thanks FJ

The pull-down status screen indicates: 'USB Debugging Connected, Select to disable USB debugging"

I don't have this message on my SGS2. Is USB-Debugging enabled in Settings-Applications-Development ?

Yes it is.
Could I uninstall Samsung Keys now that everything is working?
The drivers should remain in place?
