After installing the USB driver and turned on the USB debugging flag in the phone no success of connecting the phone via USB to the application.
It works fine via Wifi.
The phone is Samsung Galaxy Nexis with 4.0.2 software version

How you did install the ADB-Drivers ? From where you got them ? Please post the logfile after you tried to connect

The problem solved when I plugged the phone to a different USB port.
