Updated the Neo this morning and now when plugged in it launches drive explorer, when connected with My Phone Explorer all I can access in Files is Phone Memory and Applications, any way of fixing this?

You need to connect as "Charge Only", this happens on my phone (HTC Sensation XE), the memory stick is not accessible if Drive Mode is selected.

Any idea how I do that?

There should be a setting in your phone which enables/disables drivemode

That's sorted it, took some finding but now connected properly, thank you.
