Minor issue with Outlook (2010) and Plugin (MyPhoneExplorer)

Hi,
Not sure if anyone has run into this issue, I could not find any post in search about it.
Anyway, I have become to love MPE, I seemed to have learned how to use it with ease.
There are a couple of bugs or features that are needed by they will be fixed I'm sure.
However, I am having trouble with MPE's Plugin that I am using in my Outlook version 2010.
Let me first describe what and how I use Outlook to make appointments with my contacts so you can understand the issue better:
There is a little known feature in Outlook, that allows you to easily transfer all the data from a contact into a Calendar event (appointment).
This is how it works:
You want to make an appointment with a Contact.
You want the name of the person to go into the 'Subject' field of appointment in the calendar. You want the address and all the other data to go into the text field of the appointment in the calendar. You want the address of the contact to go into the 'Location' field of the appointment of the calendar.
So this is how you do it:
In Outlook, you go to your 'Contacts' then when you find the contact that you want to make an appointment with, you 'right click' and 'hold' on that contact without opening it (Just right click and hold on the title bar of the contact name). Then 'drag' over to the left and hover over 'Calendar'. Let go of the 'hold' and when you do, you are give about 6 choices. One of those choices is to 'copy here as appointment with text'. I choose that particular choice. Then after that a new appointment window opens up and all the text of contact is now in the text field of the appointment, with the name of the contact in the subject field. The I just copy the address of the contact and paste that into the Location field. Then I just set my date and time and other items as I would normally do in setting up a new appointment.
Ok, now you know how I make an appointment with a Contact or should I said I am making an appointment with the contact data.
Now the problem, for some reason, MPE plugin is preventing this from happening!
It took me a while to figure out way I could no longer do the right click and get the selection options. They are no longer being presented to me.
Anyway, when I turn off the plugin or remove the plugin, everything goes back to working as it should.
So this workaround is just causing me to disable quit Outlook, start Outlook, make my appointment, the enable and start Outlook back up to get MPE plugin to working again. It's just becoming a pain to have to do all that stuff and sometimes I just forget why I'm having the problem. So again, it's just a pain to have to use that workaround.
Is there some kind of 'record' locking that MPE is doing in Outlook? I'm sure this is not an Outlook version issue. I'm sure the problem would probably show it's head in Outlook 2007 as well.
Can you run MPE with all the features without using the MPE plugin, or is the plugin required? I never initiate a 'multi-sync' from within Outlook. I generally using the MPE application itself to start that multi-sync.
Would you mind looking into this issue and seeing if it's just a simple fix to the plugin?
Thank you!
Rob
PS I do have another issue that I will just quickly mention here. I see to have trouble when I start up the MPE app and then go to connect to my phone with the setting of 'fixed' IP address, that it just doesn't connect on the first try. I usually have to try multiple times before that connection is made. Thank you!
