How to disable call popup to number from copy buffor in windows7?

If it will work as a context menu (for the selected tekst) - under webbrowser etc - it would be ok, but as it works now it is quite annoying if i copy some number under openoffice sheet and call popup appears.

What I can suggest is to improve polish translation in this section to make it like this

I jsut checked the polish languagefile and i saw there are about 160 phrases missing. If i remember right the original polish translator jumped out with Version 1.8.0.
