USB driver

I'm running MPE V1.8.4 on a Windows 7 (32 bit) PC. My phone is the Samsung Galaxy Nexus (GT-I9250TSGGEN) just received today from Google. I got the WiFi interface working without problems. I wish to sync phone with Outlook 2010 (not exchange or express). The USB connection is not working reliably. Can anyone tell me where to download the proper driver? I tried the link in the FAQ, but it's not obvious how to proceed.

The second issue is that I forced sync of Calendar from Outlook to phone. The reminders on phone are now listed as Other instead of the actual value such as 3 days, etc. Is there a way to get the reminders to come across?
Thanks
Pete

I have also a Galaxy Nexus, for me Windows did install the drivers from the Driver database automatically.

Do you see the Android ADB Interface in the Windows devicemanager ?

Cause of the reminders: myPhoneExplorer does set the minutes before the event starts. I just tried it with 3 days and it worked, please check when exactly the reminder is set in the calendar of MyPhoneExplorer
