I just rebuilt my laptop and used Win8 Pro x64, I have Outlook 2010 x32 and MPE 1.8.4. I thought I had set multi sync but it does not seem to be working. In the setting for multi-sync the first three options for "start multi-sync" are selected. In the bottom section, the first three are selected, the next is grayed out. the next two are selected, the next is grayed out and the last three are not selected.

I thought with the above settings, when I connected my phone the contacts, calendar, and notes would be synced. But this is not the case. I want everything to sync when I connect the phone.

And what is your problem ?
Just select the contents you want to sync, the greyed options do not work for Android phones.

I don't know what originally happened that it did not work but it is now working.
