i compose an sms and i type a phone number, but that phone number is not remembered by the program

can you implement this please?

Normally this should work. Did you check if this number is also in th ephonebook of MyPhoneExplorer stored ?

it is not stored in the phone book of MyPhoneExplorer

also, a contact named "A" in my phone, is not present in the phone book of MyPhoneExplorer

MyPhoneExplorer will use the phonebook for autocomplete so if this is not complete then it will not work. You have to find out why you do not see all contacts in MyPhoneExplorer. Maybe you did a wrong setting in the Client on the phone by "Contact accounts to sync"

this is not the problem, i have checked them all

however, i found where the problem is:
all the contacts that are saved in the memory of the sim card and not in the memory of the phone, are not "visible" by MyPhoneExplorer

Which phone model do you use ?

If our phone is based on Android: Since every brand has its own diffrent SIM-Contacts interface i did remove the SIM-Contact-Support for Android basd phones in MyPhoneExplorer. This is not an issue, its a fact

is there a way to restore this?

You have to import the contacts from your SIM into the phone storage, and after this you can hide the SIM-Contacts from your dialer. This works all throught the contacts app of the phone

No, its mostly located in the settings of the dialer/contacts app on the phone
