What happens when I select Cleanup?

Hi,
Thanks for MyPhoneExplorer. In my Android MPE Tasks list, there are many completed tasks which I would like to hide. Is there a setting to accomplish that? Will cleanup delete these tasks? Are they just deleted from the phone or will they also be deleted from Outlook? Is there any documentation for MPE that I could read? Thanks.
Happy Holidays.
Peace,
Bego

Cleanup will just delete the tasks, but on the next sync they would be deleted also in Outlook, there is a better setting for this usage:
Select in the sync options for Outlook in MyPhoneExplorer the
checkbox "Delete completed tasks on the phone". With this option the Tasks will be NOT deleted in Outlook, even completed

Just for the record this feature "Delete completed tasks on the phone" does NOT work. I've just tried it after reading this post, clicked "Sync"... and MyPhoneExplorer deleted all the completed tasks on both my phone and Thunderbird. Not cool
For those like me who want to keep a reference to completed tasks, I suggest to do the following instead (just thought about it a bit too late):
- Create a new calendar in Thunderbird and call it something like "Archive".
- Whenever you want to clean up the completed tasks, select them all in the Thunderbird, then select the "Archive" calendar.
- Then uncheck the calendar in the list of calendars so that the tasks don't show up.
Of course, do NOT synchronize this calendar with MyPhoneExplorer.
(By the way, MPE is otherwise an amazing app, way superior to paid competitors in my opinion, so keep up the great work FJ!)

Just tested, "Delete completed tasks on the phone" does work as it should. I have no idea what happened with the tasks of Thunderbrid, but MyPhoneExplorer probably did NOT delete them. Enable the confirmation window in future so you will see exactly what MyPhoneExplorer will do.
