Additional Sync Modes

Currently, there are 3 sync modes:
1. Sync Both
- This toggles all the entries to "Create New Entry" (First Option)
2. Force Outlook -> Phone
- This toggles all entries found in phone and not in outlook to "Delete entry in phone"
3. Force Phone -> Outlook
- This toggles all entries found in phone and not in outlook to "Create New Entry"

It would be great to have another 2 sync modes to mass "ignore" (Never sync this entry in the future"
1. Ignore all entries found in the phone
2. Ignore all entries found in outlook

Here's what I'm doing and it's quite manual.
1. I have my phone synced with my company's Outlook Exchange (this is the "phone")
2. I use Outlook (without Exchange) at home (this is "outlook")

What I'm trying to do is to have BOTH exchange and my personal Outlook calendar synced.

When I try to sync my phone, all my phone (exchange) calendar entries would pop up and I have to manually set to "never sync this entry in the future". It would be great if there's a mass "ignore" feature, so I don't have to manually ignore each entry

I do not want to create new topic although I have just similar idea.

Is there any way to keep all the older entries then set up in the options for sync keep unchanged in phone and PC? Why should I get it deleted when I do not want to sync that?
I prefer to have the history long time back (and not only at one place).
Currently I have to check one by one to keep in phone.
