I switched to McAfee antvirus program and my phone will no longer sync. The phone itself connects to my network. (says so on phone) but when I start program in Windows it says :Failed to obtain IP address of phone.

I have tried turning off the firewall, both McAfee and Windows. and it doesn't help.

Restart your WiFi Router, ensure that the phone is connected to the router and that the client is launched. If it still fails then post the logfile
