Hi, please help, I get the above error message after entering a new calendar entry in outlook and xxx the sync button. On initial installation and sync using wi-fi everything went through. I closed all programs and opened again but still the same error message.

Please post the logfile after you got the message. Are you using the 64bit-Edition of Outlook ?

No, I'm using 32 bit.

The log file is fairly large, how do I attach it?

Further info - My normal mail program is Novell, however MS Outlook reflects everything in Novell no problem. Once I sync, all the past events get updated to your program, but none of the future calendar events. I'm really only interested in the calendar facility.

Using either usb or wifi gets the same error message.

I have further noticed that it syncs fine from the phone to MyPhoneExplorer but not to outlook

If the logfile is too big then send it to me zipped via email. Don't forget to add the link to this thread.

hi FJ, i'm using Outlook 2013 and win7x64. MPE was working fine until sterday. now when i connect it works but when i try to sync it says loading entries failed from outlook failed. then when check in sync settings- error folder structure from outlook could not be listed.
pls help...

Did you change anything in your environment since it does not work anymore ? Please post the logfile after you got the error message.

Hi,

I am also getting the error message "loading entries from Outlook failed" when attempting to sync the organizer. The only thing I changed recently in regard to MPE is I reset the phone password (to no password) with your help. Any thoughts on what I might do?

It has nothing to do with the password, Please post the logfile after you got the error message.
