Colour coding in Outlook 2010 - Does not get updated

When setting up meetings in Outlook 2010, I categorise the status of the meeting with different colours. When I sync with MPE it picks up the colours and transfers them to my phone calendar - which is good. If I change the status (which is a different colour) in Outlook 2010 and then re-sync with MPE, the revised status/colour does not get updated on the phone.

Unfortunately the MPE does not handle calendar categories.
At this time, there is nothing you do.

Since ist not possible to write the Color in Outlook ist also not possible to detect the diffrent Color as Sync cause. Edit the subject or Body so that MyPhoneExplorer will be able to detect a diffrence. Then the new color will be updated in the phone

Can I safely assume that the appointment colors (as set by Outlook categories) are visible but NOT EDITABLE on the phone side with the Samsung S Planner app ?

@bvm: This is not the same isue. You can use a alternative calendar app for the phone (f.e. Business Calendar) to Change the Color of a appointment on the phone. You can also use the calendar of MPE to change the color
