I have recently switched to use Windows Vista and the installing of MyPhoneExplorer failed ... Any plans to release one patch soon?

Try installing it as an administrator (right-click on the install-file, choose "install as Administrator), if it still does not work, then go to the MyPhoneExplorer-program folder. Within the program-folder choose MyPhoneExplorer.Exe-Properties (right-click > Properties) to choose Modus "Windows XP with SP 2" and "Run as Administrator". Tell us if it works.

Oh Yes!!! I got it fix! the solution came when I was trying to install and run MobileMaster instead. Then it prompted me something about DEP. And when I changed the settings of DEP, MyPhoneExplorer ran smoothly!

Praise God! Thankfully I tried MobileMaster and got MyPhoneExplorer working! Haha! Sadly I will not be using MobileMaster. MyPhoneExplorer is my first choice!
