MyPhoneExplorer 1.8.5, Samsung Galaxy S4, A4.3
1 and only 1 screencapture.png will not delete.
I can delete all subsequent pictures but not this one!
I get this error
" \ sdcard\Pictures\Screenshots\Screenshot_2014-01-05-21-23-46.png could not be deleted!
OBEX Errorcode: D0 - Internal Server Error "

I have also tried deleting it through Windows Explorer with no success.

Google isn't any help, pointing me to Windows delete problems.

Probably its a permission issue. Did you try already other ways, f.e. the Samsung internal file browser ?

My PC has a program called Unlocker. I'm wondering if there is such an animal for Android?

I'm using Unlocker too so i really wish me such a treasure for android. But Android cant remember the r/w state and xou have to set it for every file and every directory new on aeach restart..
