I have my notes organised into folders as far as I can see in the sync settings I can only choose one of these folders, and specifying the "root" folder doesn't sync all.

Is it possible to sync all notes? If not is this a future enhancement?

Sorry, this is currently not planned. The most users sync only one note folder - you are the first one with this request.
