MPE can't Delete JPG-Files on Phone using file Sync

I'm syncing my photos with file sync. Adding Photos from Phone to Computer is no Problem, but when I'm deleting files on Computer they don't get deleted on the phone. Instead I get this message:
OBEX Errorcode: D0 - Internal Server Error
The other syncs are working just fine. Just the deleting files on Phone is not working.
Anyone know a solution?
Is there a Manifest file for MPE??

Might it be that the Manifest for the SD card ist not Properly set with MPE. Where can I find the manifest file for MPE, or isn't there one for MPE.

Found what it's all about.
Due to KitKat, MPE is not able to delete Files on External SDCad any more. So what I did was the following:
1. Rooted Phone (Samsung S4) Don't know if this was needed, but I did it.
2. Installed Root Explorer (Speed Software) Other Software didn't work as I wanted
3. Changed / to R/W (Normally R/O) via Root Explorer
edited platform.xml (/system/etc) and added the follwing to WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE:
<group gid="media_rw" />
(Probably due to that MPE does not understand the WRITE_MEDIA_STORAGE)
4. Mounted / as R/O again
And now I'm able to Sync Pictures in Both ways, meaning Files will be deleted on the Phone if I delete them on the Computer.
Solution would probably be that in next Verison of MPE, MPE should be able to understand WRITE_MEDIA_STORAGE in platform.xml. Software that was developed before KitKat doesn't know this permission.

No app (except Google and System Apps) will get the WRITE_MEDIA_STORAGE permission. But i have found a workaround to make it possible. v1.0.31 should be able to delete files on the external card.

@FJ: could the solution for root users be that they copy MPE client into /system/app storage?

I too am unable to have sync delete photos on Android after MPE Photo Sync.
re msg below, can you please clarify what you mean by v1.0.31? v1.0.31 of what?

The MPE Client on the phone.

Thanks for the clarification. Re MPE Android Client v1.0.31 being a possible fix, I am already running v1.0.32. Do you suggest going back to an older version an is there a means of doing this? Ie; how do I obtain an older version & install it -do I have to delete v1.0.32 & install the prior version or what?
I also believe I worked around the the problem by using "File Sync" rather than "Photo Sync" -this seems to synchronize properly between PC and Android -including deletions made on the PC.

A downgrade of MPE won´t do any good.
And this workaround will only work until a security leak will be fixed.

So -no other permanent solutions you are aware of? I guess there is always Dropbox or other cloud solutions, but that's not why I paid for MPE..

One last question -I hope. In MPE Settings, under Advanced 2, there is a check box for "Delete transferred photos on the phone". I assume this would delete any sync'ed photos from the phone -correct? Furthermore it is not selective -all transferred photos are deleted?
Thanks again

You did not pay for the MPE. Maybe you donated.
And for the setting, that won´t help you. It´s an Android Issue and not solvable by the MPE.
Only thing you can do, get your phone rooted and fix the SD writing permissions on your phone.
By the way, there are several threads about this here already. I recomend you read them to get further insight.

I understand I didn't pay for MPE -it was a donation. Also I had read the threads and that was what caused me to inquire about v1.0.31 in the first place. Regardless, it sounds like the only solution is to root the phone, which is currently under warranty, so I guess it will have to wait.
Thanks for the info.

@Raerka: Moving MyPhoneExplorer to \system\app would probably fix the issue but if you are already rooted then i think its better to remove this limitation in general for all apps (SD Card Fix from Play Store can do this)
@trisailor: I understand that this situation is awful, but its out of my reach. Even Dropbox is not able to write the eternal card (if DropBox was not preinstalled on your device). But maybe its an alternative to use the internal phone storage for your photos ? The internal storage is not affected by this limitation.

Re using internal storage for a solution - my phone is an LG G2 & only has internal storage -yet photos are not deleted after sync'ing -and I assume from prior posts they won't be without changing Android set up. Have I missed something?

MyPhoneExplorer does only delete photos which were transfered during the sync session, not older ones even if they exist on the PC. Please try it with a new photo. If it still not works then test if its possible to delete the photo throught the regukar filebrowser of MyPhoneExplorer.
