Is it possible? Set MPE client as default SMS-app from MPE?

Hello,

My LG G2 phone's LCD screen broke and I cannot see anything on the phone (totally blank). However, the phone seems to be working.

I have connected the phone to my PC (via USB) using MyphoneExplorer and I can communicate well with the phone (e.g. do a backup, see my contacts and messages etc)

When I try to delete a message MyphoneExplorer asks for a confirmation to set MyphoneExplorer client as default SMS-app..

However, I can't see anything on the screen. So I cannot send the confirmation.

Is there any way to set MyphoneExplorer client as default SMS-app from the PC using the MyphoneExplorer program? Or is there any way to overcome the confirmation and hopefully delete a message?

Please note that I can only communicate with the phone via the PC. The LCD screen is totally blank .

Or is there any way to reset the phone to its original factory settings through MPE?

Thank you
Chris

Its not possible to "hack" the SMS confirmation because this is a security relevant "feature" of Android KitKat. But if your phone is connected via USB-Cable then you could use Menu-Extras-Control phone so you are able to use the phones display and input.
