I want to make a call from my PC via my mobile

I want to speak to my laptop's microphone and listen via my laptop's speakers in a call

how can I do it?

the telephone icon at MyPhoneExplorer is always greyed out

The only known way to route the voice of a telephone call from your laptop to the phone is connecting the phone via Bluetooth with Installed "Widcomm" Bluetooth stack on the phone. For third party apps its not possible to get the voice stream of a running call because of security limitations in Android
