McAfee anti-virus reporting a Trojan

Hello, I have been using your wonderful product for a couple years now.
Today McAfee alerted me that the setup program for MyPhoneExplorer v1.8.6 contains a trojan called Artemis!DFD3F0A034C
I might add that your setup file has been on my computer since it was first released and only today I am getting this message from my virus program.
Any ideas?
