Sent messages not being saved

Recently, I find that (most) sent messages that I send through MPE (on my home-machine only) are not being saved in MPE...and sometimes not in my phone either.

Refreshing doesn't seem to help, those messages seem to just be gone. I know (many of them) are going through because I get responses...but I save those messages to track my activity...and it's disconcerting that they're just gone.

Seemingly, this is ONLY on my home machine, so I'm wondering if the installation on this machine is borked & I need to uninstall/reinstall.

UPDATE:

Deleted & re-detected all users. No change.
Deleted them again, uninstalled & reinstalled MPE. Old sent messages are still not showing up, but appears that newly created sent-messages are being saved again.
